Call SANYO Technical Support, prior to shipping, at 1-800-577-2696 for your QRP number to be assigned. If required, a QRP form will be faxed to you and please complete the required information in all areas. Missing information may delay the required repairs. Make a copy for your records, and place the QRP Service Request form inside the shipping box with the projector.
SANYO Technical Support will provide you with a Purolator account number. Please arrange with Purolator for a convenient time that they may be able to pick-up your unit. Make sure you indicate "SANYO QRP - Collect", and your QRP authorization number in the bill of lading to ensure you are not billed for the shipping charges.
Shipping Instructions:
- Double-box all projectors or use shipping case.
- Wheels on shipping cases (if equipped) must be taped so it will not roll.
- Pack the projector in the original box (or in an appropriate box with packing material). Do not use peanuts. Peanut residue removal inside the projector is not covered by warranty.
- For Large Venue and XP series projectors, remove lens for shipping
- Include cables, remote controls and accessories.
- On non-SANYO box, please mark "LCD" in large letters so our receiving department can easily identify it.
SANYO Canada Inc. is not responsible for damaged incurred during shipping.
PLVZ Series are not included in the QRP program.
